With the third Belt and Road International Cooperation Summit taking place in Beijing from Oct 17 to 18, the event, centered on the idea of crafting a brighter future together and was a diplomatic triumph for China.
The third Belt and Road Forum on International Cooperation was held in Beijing from Oct 17 to 18. Dr. Sami Abu Aaai, a Syrian expert at Beijing International Studies University (BISU), attended the event.
Throughout the 16 days, Beijing International Studies University (BISU) showcased the vitality of its youth in fostering Sino-foreign cultural exchanges. A total of 65 multilingual volunteers provided essential services, reflecting the institution's dedication to international engagement.
The journal of Beijing International Studies University has once again been recognized as an "Outstanding Humanities and Social Sciences Journals of National Universities". In addition to this honor, the journal's "Language Services" section received the "Special Column Award".
The high-end translation talent training base at Beijing International Studies University (BISU), which has been jointly established by the International Department Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC) and BISU, was inaugurated on Sept 26.
On Sept 20, Juan Antonio Samaranch Jr., vice-president of International Olympic Committee (IOC) and founder of Samaranch Sports Development Foundation, paid a visit to Beijing International Studies University (BISU).
