Since the competition began in October 2025, BISU's team spent over four months refining their approach, summarizing 12 years of achievements in their foreign language-focused career curriculum. They emphasized value-driven leadership, the integration of "foreign languages + career," and practice-oriented innovation.

In December 2025, Dong represented BISU in the Beijing competition, winning the Gold Award and advancing to the national finals. At the national contest, as the sole representative from a foreign language university, she delivered a presentation titled "Serving the Belt and Road Initiative, Cultivating Ambassadors of the Era," showcasing BISU's innovative course model, ultimately earning the national Silver Award.

BISU's students also excelled in the Beijing competition, winning one Silver Award, two Bronze Awards, and one Excellence Award.

These achievements mark a milestone in BISU's efforts to enhance its employment-oriented education system and advance the professionalization and expertise of its counselor team.
