
Hu Shunqiang, director of the Publicity Department of the Beijing Western Returned Scholars Association (BWRSA), led a delegation to Beijing International Studies University (BISU) on April 24 to promote the development of BISU's association for returned overseas scholars.

Zhang Xihua, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC BISU Committee, welcomed Hu and his delegation and noted the importance of BISU's association for returned scholars.
She highlighted the association's active role in uniting overseas returnees, offering policy advice, attracting talent and intelligence, and facilitating international exchanges.
Zhang outlined that BISU places great importance on the work with returned scholars and expressed hope to deepen collaboration with the BWRSA to better support talent development.
Meanwhile, Hu outlined the work of the BWRSA and emphasized the plans to strengthen collaboration between the association and BISU.
He expressed hope to build cooperative platforms and promote resource sharing with the university to engage the potential of returned scholars.
After the meeting, participants visited BISU's Chinese Comics Museum to learn about the university's achievements in promoting international communication through comics.
