
Beijing International Studies University (BISU) sent 34 volunteers to the recently concluded 2026 Zhongguancun Forum, contributing a total of 1,400 service hours.

During the forum's preparation phase, BISU volunteers participated in various tasks such as position training, on-site inspections, venue setup, inventory checks, process coordination, service etiquette and emergency response. Throughout the forum, these volunteers efficiently managed roles such as on-site guidance, guest reception, and information consultation, ensuring the success of the opening ceremony, parallel forums, and result announcements.

BISU Vice-president Gong Bo met the volunteer team at the event, warmly engaging them and inquiring about their experiences. He commended their outstanding performance and encouraged them to leverage their expertise to effectively support the forum, showcasing the vibrant spirit of BISU students.
Fu Zhihan, the BISU volunteer team leader, remarked, "The Zhongguancun Forum left a profound impression on me with its openness and learning opportunities. It provides a vital platform for global technological innovation exchange. We do not only witness the vitality and rapid growth of Chinese innovation, but also feel its openness and spirit of cooperation with the world. For me, this has been an enlightening experience. As a humanities student, I have been deeply impressed by these technological advances."
