
On March 4, a delegation led by Li Biyou, secretary of the CPC Beijing International Studies University (BISU) Committee, and Ji Jinbiao, deputy secretary of the CPC BISU Committee and the university's president, visited Beijing's Chaoyang district to discuss deepening cooperation.

Wu Xiaojie, secretary of the CPC Chaoyang District Committee, welcomed the BISU delegation. He acknowledged the university's significant contributions to regional development through talent cultivation, international exchanges and cultural empowerment, marking it as a key educational and talent resource for the district.
Wu also expressed hope for establishing a comprehensive partnership leveraging BISU's think tank to conduct forward-looking research on regional development.
Li stated that the visit was both a gesture of gratitude and an effort to promote collaboration. He acknowledged Chaoyang's role as a central urban and economic area, serving as a vital engine for the capital's development.
Noting that BISU has its roots in Chaoyang, he said the university aims to align closely with the district's socio-economic needs, focusing efforts on building a talent hub, enhancing international openness and contributing to the district's safety and development.
Ji highlighted Chaoyang's robust economic and social development, which he said offers a broad platform for educational institutions. He affirmed BISU's commitment to leveraging its international resources and academic strengths to foster a collaborative development model between the two sides, enriching the educational landscape under the framework of building a strong educational nation.
