The fair included an Achievement Exhibition Zone, Specialty Products Display and Sales Zone and Interactive Experience Zone.

In the Achievement Exhibition Zone, the students presented their projects, highlighting the diverse beauty of rural areas through authentic local specialties and products, and brought the cultural tourism charms of various Beijing towns together, enabling faculty and students to experience them all in one place.

These included handicrafts from Zhangzhen town in Shunyi district, Jingxi Rice Cultural and Creative Products from Shangzhuang town in Haidian, multilingual cultural tourism guidebooks from Chaoyang's Wangjing subdistrict, Red tourism route promotions from the town of Longwantun in Shunyi, specialty agricultural products from Pinggu's Shandongzhuang town, and minority language cultural experience projects from Changping's Yanshou town.

In the Specialty Products Display and Sales Zone, the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area and the Beijing Rural Area Equity Exchange jointly presented sci-tech cultural tourism and agricultural products. Over 10 towns and villages brought their local specialty agricultural products to BISU, offering a culinary feast for faculty and students.

The Interactive Experience Zone had activities like stamp collection and voting for the Most Desired Cultural Tourism Spot. Faculty and students from China and abroad collected stamps on their pamphlets.

Making use of BISU's strengths in foreign languages and tourism, the event not only provided an immersive cultural tourism experience for faculty and students, but also built a bridge for youths to contribute to rural revitalization in the capital.

BISU intends to continue to encourage faculty and students to engage with rural areas and grassroots communities. It also plans to partner with organizations such as the Beijing Rural Area Equity Exchange to build tripartite cooperation among universities, local government and enterprises.
