On May 30, the Teacher Development Center at Beijing International Studies University (BISU) organized over 50 faculty members for a research and practice initiative at the iFLYTEK Artificial Intelligence Experience Center and Baidu AI Cloud. Centered on the theme "AI Empowering Educational and Teaching Innovation", the event explored innovative pathways for the deep integration of digital technology with education and teaching through in-depth experience and discussions.

At the iFLYTEK AI Experience Center, the participants thoroughly explored the AI Innovation Exhibition Hall and experienced integrated smart teaching solutions, including smart classrooms, intelligent assessment systems, and teaching management platforms.

In the Smart Classroom Laboratory, the team focused on experiencing innovative products such as AI-driven real-time classroom interaction systems, intelligent voice assessment platforms, and learning situation analysis systems, gaining firsthand insight into AI technology's role in enhancing classroom teaching efficiency and optimizing learning evaluation.

During the exchange session, both parties engaged in dialogue on hot topics such as smart teaching platform construction, pathways for enhancing teachers' digital literacy, and blended teaching reform.

The expert team from iFLYTEK shared detailed application cases from multiple universities nationwide, particularly in the areas of smart classroom construction, intelligent analysis of the teaching process, and personalized learning support.

Through case analysis and technology demonstrations, they provided practical solutions and new ideas for BISU to advance smart teaching construction.

At Baidu AI Cloud, the teachers experienced the "Apollo Go" autonomous driving technology, gaining a close-up view of the latest achievements in artificial intelligence technology development.

In the Baidu AI Education Laboratory, the technical team comprehensively demonstrated smart education solutions for universities, including knowledge graph construction, intelligent question bank systems, and virtual simulation laboratories.

In the exchange session, Baidu presented its large-scale AI model solutions for universities, showcasing application scenarios across three key areas: teaching resource construction, instructional process optimization, and learning analytics.

Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on industry-education integration, research cooperation, and innovative talent cultivation, reaching a consensus on establishing a long-term exchange mechanism and organizing students to participate in AI creative competitions hosted by Baidu.

Through field visits and in-depth exchanges, the teachers broadened their vision of digital education development and gained a deep understanding of the latest technologies and practical applications of artificial intelligence technology in education, teaching, research innovation, and talent cultivation.

In the future, the Teacher Development Center will continue to deepen strategic cooperation with iFLYTEK and Baidu Intelligent Cloud Company, conducting multi-level cooperation in smart education platform construction, teacher training, and innovation project incubation, exploring new paths for industry-education integration development in the era of artificial intelligence, and promoting the digital transformation of education and teaching at BISU to new heights.
