He added that the university plans to further leverage its advantages in providing academic and think tank platform support to deepen cooperation with Chaoyang in areas such as culture and tourism, international talent cultivation and language services to aid the district in being widely known as a place that is suitable for life, business, study and tourism.

Yin expressed her gratitude for the intellectual support BISU has provided for her district and spoke about key initiatives such as the "Tourism-Friendly Chaoyang" Development Alliance and the Chaoyang District Culture and Tourism High-Quality Development Conference.

She emphasized that Chaoyang will use the "Tourism-Friendly Chaoyang" brand as an opportunity to integrate resources from the government, universities and enterprises to jointly promote regional culture and tourism development.

She said she hoped that BISU will use its academic strengths to offer professional advice in "Tourism-Friendly Chaoyang" Development Alliance building, culture and tourism project planning and international communication, thereby promoting deep integration of government, industry, academia, research and application.

Cheng said that BISU will use its strengths in tourism and foreign language disciplines to provide comprehensive support for the internationalization of Chaoyang's culture and tourism brand and the enhancement of public services.

Afterwards, the two parties had in-depth discussions on cooperation and other matters.

Yin and Ji jointly advocated for Chaoyang and BISU establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership as soon as possible, adding that they should expand the scope and elevate their cooperation in areas such as culture and tourism industry upgrades, Beijing's development as a center for international exchanges, and educational resource sharing, to the mutual benefit of the university and the district.
