Alicja Berk holds a bachelor's degree in Polish Philology from Gdansk University (2017) and a master's from Nicolai Copernicus University (2020). She has finished postgraduate studies in Teaching Polish as Foreign Language (2018, Gdansk) and Voice and Speech Training (2022, Warsaw).

She has been teaching at BISU since 2020. In her first year of work, she instructed 12 bachelor's theses. Now she teaches phonetics.

She's interested in Aleksander Fredro's comedies (and his idiolect), and in glottodidactic games.

Alicja enjoys meeting other cultures, watching musicals and reading. Sometimes she tries to play ukulele and sing.
