Sami Abu Aaai is from the Syrian Arab Republic. He studied Economics at Damascus University and has a Ph.D. in finance from the University of International Business and Economics. He has published many articles on economic and political topics. He participated in many political conferences between China and Arab countries. In 2021, he won the second prize in the competition: (The Communist Party of China in My Eyes).

Mainly interested in the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on the development of Arab countries.
