The forum aimed to further strengthen China's international communication and foreign cultural exchanges, and actively explore feasible ways to contribute toward Beijing becoming a national cultural center and international communication hub. More than 30 experts and scholars gathered to conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges on related topics.

Based on China's practice, this forum conducted a three-dimensional study on China's international communication capacity building. It explored the development and innovation path of Beijing's international image construction, explored the possibility of constructing Chinese discourse and narrative system, and provided more thinking and reference for telling China's stories in the new era.
