To continuously promote the development of non-lingua franca majors and enhance students' international vision, BISU has actively organized the application of CSC programs. In 2022, a batch of undergraduates majoring in Estonian was funded. They are currently junior students at the University of Tartu, the top university in the Baltic states.

BISU will do perform its duty in dispatching students and continue to support the training of non-lingua franca talents, aiming to construct a high-level international studies university.
