With compulsive courses as its core and optional courses its support, the University has been making great efforts to work out a comprehensive system to help students with their employment. Work for this purpose includes career projection and planning, guidance in perception of employment, information service, internship and on-the-job training, overseas internship with pay, job fairs, and employment support fund. In recent years, the employment rate of its graduates has been above 95%, and the number of graduates entering government offices, state-owned enterprises, foreignowned enterprises and even the global top 500 companies has shown a steady growth.
